Currently undergoing municipal review, Terrace Green is a proposed project located in Kennebunk, Maine, encompassing approximately one hundred acres along the Mousam River.
Terrace Green will be comprised of forty-three single family homes to be situated in a clustered subdivision, with seventy-four acres of undeveloped land dedicated to the quiet enjoyment of nature and access to the waterfront.
Seven of the homes in Terrace Green will be devoted to an affordable housing program.
Terrace Green required a Contract Zone Amendment, which was presented to Kennebunk voters and approved in February of 2008.
